Really lovely read. I often feel charred on the outside, but hope to never lose the gooey middle 💜

I believe that my particular recipe called for twice the helping of patience.

It's the 'leave to rest' part I always get wrong... Such a joy to read

Combining earth, air, fire, and water with spirit and moondust is pure magic. The way you balance rage with wisdom and adventure with exhaustion feels so real and relatable. And lightly charring the edges while keeping the center soft – that's just brilliant. Thank you for sharing something so creative and heartfelt!

I love this! The advice I don't take, "Leave to rest." The part I struggle with most is, "Now, carefully temper one part rage with two parts wisdom." The part I need the most, "Refrigerate, to cool." Shall print this out and place on my Refrigerator! 😂

I think I might have the rebellion and rage ingredients a little out of balance! Maybe need to add in some more sweetness and honey!

Loved this Luisa!!! Xxx

Oh Luisa...what a wonderfully observed recipe for midlife. I'm drizzling copious amounts of honey to counter my 'cancer-related' bitterness, nurturing my well-earned wisdom and celebrating glimpses of new-found, gentle rebellion...every day...always, alongside you, my friend! ♡
